Shipping Policy
Made by hand. Shipped with care.
Every original painting that leaves the studio is signed, varnished, and packed by me personally. Prints are produced and shipped by my fulfilment partner Printumo.
A note on how orders work: when you place an order through the shop, it's an offer to buy. The contract becomes binding once I confirm your order by email. For originals, I'll always send that confirmation personally.
Production and shipping times
Originals ship within 4 to 12 weeks of your order confirmation. I work between the studio and travel, so I'd rather give you an honest window than a fake promise. You'll get a personal note from me when your piece is on its way.
Prints are produced on demand by Printumo. Production takes 1–2 business days, then shipping: 5 to 7 business days within the EU and UK, longer for other destinations.
If you need an original faster for a gift or occasion, write to me before ordering — I'll let you know honestly whether it fits.
Shipping destinations and costs
At the moment, I ship originals within the European Union only. If you're outside the EU and would like to purchase an original, please write to me at [your-email] before ordering — I'll let you know whether shipment to your country is possible and what it would cost.
Prints ship worldwide through Printumo.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and size. All originals ship fully insured — no exceptions, no cheaper option. The insurance protects both of us.
Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees for shipments outside the EU are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This applies to any order shipped outside the European Union, whether for originals (by separate arrangement) or prints. Please check with your country's customs office before ordering — I can't predict these costs for you.
Damages in transit — Originals
If your original arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 7 days of delivery so I can file the insurance claim. Keep the original packaging until we've sorted it out — the insurer will ask for it.
For print damages, a shorter 48-hour reporting window applies — see the Refund Policy for details.
If a package isn't accepted at delivery
If you don't accept delivery of an original and the package returns to the studio without a withdrawal notice from you, I'll get in touch to arrange a second delivery. The cost of re-shipping is yours to cover. This is separate from your right of withdrawal — if you'd rather cancel the order, just let me know within the 14-day window.
For prints, refused deliveries result in destruction by Printumo without refund — see the Refund Policy for details.
Delays beyond my control
I do my best to meet the delivery windows I promise. For delays caused by carrier strikes, natural events, customs holds, or other circumstances outside my reasonable control, I can't be held responsible. I will, however, keep you informed and help track things down.
For wrong delivery addresses or other information errors on your side: any extra shipping costs that result are yours to cover.
